    Sure, let's start by saying that You can just download a fresh copy of 
  Internet Explorer from Microsoft site.

  However, as for Outlook Express, have a copy of your original Windows XP 
  at hand and do the following:

  1. Go to Start->Run and type the following as it is:
  %systemroot%\inf
  and press ENTER.
  2. You will land in a folder called INF with lots of files. look for the 
  one called mso50.inf
  3. Once you find this file, press the context menu and arrow to the item 
  called "Install".
  4. You will be prompted to insert your Windows XP disk into the drive. 
  Do that and the system will reinstall Outlook Express.
