The calendar program should be listed under Accessible programs. If it isn't listed, then you probably have an old version of WebbIE and should download the latest version which includes the calendar program.

The accessible Calendar that is part of the WebbIE package is simple and
straightforward and allows you to input appointments and reminders up to two
years in advance.  And since it was designed for blind users, it is JAWS
friendly.
