Hi Marilyn; The keystroke for speaking the contents of the clipboard is, Jaws / insert key, windows key, + X. This is for Jaws 10 & 11. It doesn't work for Jaws6. These are the only versions of Jaws I have on my computer so, hopefully others will tell us if this keystroke works with Jaws 7, 8, & 9. Hope this helps. Take care.
