I don't agree with that Andre. I've been using Explorer on 32 bit Windows 7 with absolutely no problems. So this must be not an Explorer problem; but a really complicated and machine specific issue.

NO. This is not correct at all. Windows 64 bit is just fine. This specific
problem is an Explorer problem. Check this out, I copied and pasted from the
link below. I'm sure you're getting similar error messages. This person is
using a 32 bbit version of Windows 7.

Hi Graham.
No I don't think it's a JAWS problem at all. NVDA even had this problem
too. So I think it's a Windows 7 64 bit problem.

Hi all.
I got frustrated with it on 64 bit so much so that I have switched
back to 32 bit and will do so for the forseeable future.

It is still happening here, I am beginning to wonder if it is a jaws 64
thing. As far as I am aware my pc is fully upto date.

This is becoming a really annoying problem, I wonder if others out here
are having this problem? If so perhaps FS should be made aware. Really
dont know if it is jaws related at all.

For that error you may want to check for any updates for the computer.
I had that problem big time with vista but thought it was fixed in
win 7.

Hi

Jaws 12, windows 7

I am getting a problem in Explorer.

When I open a folder and start arrowing down through the files Jaws
stops and when I alt tab back I am told the folder name and that
it is
not responding, pressing Alt f4 gives me options to wait for
program to
respond or quit program.

Any ideas what is happening

Graham
