Hi Daleen,
The option your looking for is under the network tab in dropbox preferences.
you access this by going to the system tray, right-clicking on your dropbox
icon and selecting preferences. Note that you may have to use your jaws
cursor to click on the tab to bring the options into focus

I just want to know if someone knows how to set the speed for
up/downloads? I read that you can set a vallue to 0 somewhere, but I
cannot do so.
