try the following;
1, open windows vista mail;
2, bring up the contacts, ctrl+shift+c,
3, you'll hear, not selected, don't move the arrow keys,
just, alt+v=view,
down arrow until you hear, sort by sub-menu,
you can right arrow to open, make sure that name is checked.
also, again alt+v,
then down arrow and make sure that list is checked.
as for what your seeing, it seems that, your not even focused within the
contacts at all.
also, make sure screen is maximized.

I don't have a choice for group. What is interesting and stupid too is I
have a lot of music choices, things like Artist, Genre, # and so on.
I was able to set up another folder into which I placed five e-mail
addresses while in the Contacts but attempting to select the folder name
as an address was not successful.
this computer has been screwed up a very long time. It seems to do random
things but they tell me there is no infection.
I am suspecting something wrong with the registry.

hello there;
the only way I've been able to create a group in windows mail,
is by doing the following,
1, open the contacts, ctrl+shift+c,
now, route jaws to pc,
now, go to top of page,
you will see;
Contacts
Contacts Search Contacts
Organize Include in library Share with New Contact New Contact Group
Import Export New folder
so place your cursor on new contact group, and left click,
now your asked for group name,
here you can create group, add contacts and such.

I have read the help on setting up a group of recipients under Windows
Mail but the option doesn't appear to be in my menus.
Off the top they say to use the choice from the tool-bar, I don't seem
to have or be able to get a tool bar.
anyone done this before?
