www.gumtree.com is the correct address and it will put you on the page for
your local area.
There are hundreds of links on the page but if you try navigating by
header
you will come to a For Sale (there is more than one), so to check what is
being sold after the letter h for header arrow down until you hear the
list
of items for sale and if your category is not there try the next heading.
People should really read the "quick navigation keys" in the Jaws Help for
Internet Explorer to learn more on the navigating more quickly with Jaws.

Subject: [Blind-Computing] gumtree
hello
sorry if this is not suitable for this group but i could not find
anywhere/anyone else to ask i wonder if someone could tell me exactly what
gumtree is.
and where i can find it.
i am informed that is works in the same way as recycle it and second hand
zone.
however when i arrowed down the list all i seem to find is advertisements
for trades men and flats/houses for sale the u r l i typed in is
www.gumtree.co.uk perhaps i have typed in the wrong information in the
address field.
so could someone tell me if i have typed the address correctly and what
gumtree is all about.
and if possible how to use it
the section i want is items for sale/wanted.
once again apologies if i have sent unsuitable material to this group
thank
