Hi Marilyn; Do as Andre says except, after you tab to the home button, right arrow instead of left arrow to Additional Help Options, press enter, arrow down to About Security Essentials, press enter, press control + Home to take the cursor to the top of the page , arrow down 1 line at time, & after arrowing down 1 time you should hear Jaws read " 2.0.657.0 ".
