[Blind-Computing] sticky keys

hello
for some reason when i start or restart the computer i get a beep sound.
when i press the start key and other keys such as control shift and alt keys i 
get the beep for each key press
it may be sticky keys are  set to come in to place
how can i disable this?
and how do i remove it from the system tray?
