Well,
I get that message of an unknown error has occurred and sometimes my shift
delete doesn't even work.
Not sure about this one
I am not familiar with a category is that like a group list?
Give me some more info so I can fool around with it okay?

Janey, I also have access to windows live mail, and I like it a lot, but
there a couple things that bother me. First, once in awhile I get a
message
that says an unknown error has occurred when I try to open the message,
and
I can't open it. And, the only way I can delete is to hit shift delete.
Another thing is this. If I add a category, when I try to send something
to
that category, I can't find it to send too. I know it's there, but how the
heck to send something to it? If you can help me with these things, I'll
dump outlook and switch to WLM, because it is easier to use, except for
those two things. Jim

Janey, something is weird here. So, I hit control 3, and it says type a
new
contact. So I hit bat, and all it keeps saying is, type a new contact. Do
I
have outlook set up all wrong? Jim

Don't go to the distribution list
I tried another way so here it is:
Go to the contact list using control 3
Now tab twice to folder and right arrow to all contacts and down arrow to
your group list
let me know

I use the same thing you do also. Question. So supposing I select my
distribution list and go into it. ?there, I have all the names there. So
is
it there that you want me to tap the applications key? It doesn't make
sense
to do it, but at this point, I'm stumped. Jim

So sorry
I have jaws 11 and 132 win 7
I find the person and tap the application key and the choices are:
delete send sub menu
copy sub menu
and edit
Can you try instead of the app key the shift f 10 or the right mouse
button
on your num pad?
Let me know and I will try to figure it out

Janey,
I just tried to do what you said, and kit doesn't work for me. I found the
person I wished to add in my contact list. Then, I tapped the application
key, and I got choices like, open, note, delete, and no copy choice at
all.

I just use the contact list and when I find the person I wish to add
presuming the group is already set
1 tap the application key
2 up arrow to copy sub menu
3 right arrow and your group should show up there
enter and all done
