[Blind-Computing] still having trouble with Contacts

I went into my folder on the desktop which contained the contacts Folder.  I 
get this message "Windows explorer is not responding."  How can I fix this?  I 
need to fix some contacts.  I am using Windows Vista and Jaws 11.  Wayne
