I have not tried it on my system, but I suspect if you uninstall IE9,
then the system will revert to IE8.

some reason
This went on to say that I e 9 was unsupported and people were advised not
to download install and use it .
Not just yet anyway.
Therefore it has been suggested that I go back to version 8
As far as I know I was able to use I e 8 with both jaws 10 and 11.
But that was when I had xp.
Now I have w7.
So I upgraded to I e 9 as it was said that I e 9 was for w7 and jaws 12
was
best one to use for I e 9.
But as my post said I am having problems with I e 9 w7 and jaws 11 and 12.
Now I can't remember where I can download and install I e 8.
If it is possible I would like to have a self installing version like
skyptalking has.
If such a thing is not available then just download will do
So can someone tell me some sites where I can get I e 8 for use on w7
systems
And of course jaws 11

For some reason I am having a problem with internet explorer 9.
The problem is this.
When I start I e 9 it loads with no problem
My opening page is there and I can arrow up and down with no problem.
However when I visit a website either by pressing f6 or by going to
favourites the following thing happens
All I get is jaws saying blank blank blank.
For example I went to Debenhams website and the Debenhams opening page
loaded ok.
But when I went down arrow all jaws said for ages is blank blank for each
press of the down arrow
After a lengthy period of time jaws would announce a heading followed by
blank blank blank.
It's as though there are things missing and that is why jaws says blank.
I could be wrong here but it is the only thing I can think of
Does anyone know what is causing this and how can it be put right?.
Debenhams is not the only website this happens on using I e 9.
I go to amazon and before this happened if I press the letter b I could go
to several places such as add to basket proceed to checkout etcetera.
Now when I press button b all I get is jaws saying one or 2 things
followed
by wrapping to top.it no longer gives me the choices of adding to the
basket
and proceeding to the checkout.
Therefore can anyone help with this?
I am using windows 7
jaws 11
And internet explorer 9
