Tom, I have done all that. I have imported my contacts, and they are there. But when I hit Control 3 to see the names, only one name shows. I have 98 in my contact list. The import summery shows they are there. How do I get them to show in my contact list? Jim, I assume you have gone through the process in Control Panel of setting up the new profile When you set up the new profile you need to check a box that asks if you want to have the option of choosing your profile each time you start Outlook. Then, if you open the right profile, choose Alt T, and then B To open your address book contacts.
