[Blind-Computing] i just downloaded malwarebytes, and have two questions.

I thought I had a free version here, but when I started my scan, I noticed 
it trial button. And of course, there is a purchase button here. Is there an 
actual free version of this program? I got this one from 
www.malwarebites.org. And after it is finished scanning, how will I know if 
it found any bad guys on my computer? I am running windows 7, jaws 12 latest 
hot fix, on a 64 bit machine. Thanks for your help. Jim
