Times new roman or ariel or courier are the three standards.
The font size is usually 12 point.
I personally use ariel in 12 point.

Subject: [Blind-Computing] What Font is most often used in Documents?
Dear Friends,
I want to set my Word 2007 "Normal Template", and want to set the font to
what is most often used in general office Correspondence.
May I ask you what font do you use and suggest?
I know Times Roman is most often used in email and such, and JAWS reads that
so well, but what about Correspondence to Sighted People, sort of like in a
"Official Capacity"?
Thanks for your help!
With Best Regards,
Alan
