Hi Angelina.
From the inbox, Press alt+V
then arrow down to "sort by" submenueand press "enter."Now use your down arrow key to select how you want messages sorted. Once you find it, press enter.
Now you will be back at the inbox so again, press alt+v and again arrow down to "Sort by" submenu and press enter again.
Now use your arrow keys to determine whether you want messages in ascending or descending order.
To select, press enter and you'll be back at the inbox again and messages should be sorted correctly.
