Another method is CTRL ESC, ESC again, andh Tab once.

The easiest way would be to do Windows Key + M to put you on the desktop
then tab twice and you will be on the taskbar - if you tab again you will be
in the system tray and it will then cycle through - start button - task bar
- system tray - desktop.
