Autosizer is in your system tray and no from logging in your programs are
not automatically maximised.

To add a program to the autosizer list first open whichever program it is
you want to maximise.
Do Insert F11 and select Autosizer and choose to open it
You should be in a list of programs that are automatically autosized so you
need to tab next list and choose your program from there and press enter
then tab to ok.
That program should then autosize automatically to full screen.

Note however not all programs have a full screen mode - for example canon
scan toolbox is not a full screen application.
