You can do it with Winbraille and Duxbury Braille Translator. I think all braille translating programs has that facility.
but I am not sure.  the programs that I mentioned do have it.

somebody told me that it is possible to input Braille characters from a regular keyboard, a program allowing the fdsjkl to be read like a Braille cell?
has anybody come across this?
