Yes, you will need to upgrade to another email client. The
program you will want to use is Windows Live Mail.

I have been using Outlook Express for many years now. It's still
working pretty good for my needs, but if I upgrade to Windows 7
from XP, will I need to upgrade to another email client?
If so, what's out there that pretty much acts like Outlook
