Hi Sharon;

Do the laptops have USB ports? You can try copying the files from the
floppy drive to a flash / thumb drive to transfer them. Or, use an external
harddrive, providing the laptops have USB ports. HTH Take care.

  Subject: [Blind-Computing] Transferring Data from Old Computer with
FloppyDrive

  Hi all!

  A friend of mine has some files on floppy disk, and I have an old
  laptop with a floppy drive. Is there a way to transfer the data to my
  newest laptop? The older one cannot burn to CD.

  Thanks!
