Ok there is no way to remove a key and use it again. Once it is removed it
is gone and can only be re-set by fs. If your upgrading though and had a
previous version on there it should be able to be authorized again. From
that message it looks like there is no update available though. On your last
authorized version of jaws go into about in the help sub menu of the jaws
context menu. If it is running in system tray hit insert j. If it is not alt
tab to the jaws window and get to it from the alt menu. In the about it
should have a spot where it tells you how many upgrades you have left. For
example if your on 11 like me and it says 2 you can only go up to 13. Hope
this helps.

Subject: [Blind-Computing] authorizing jfw 13

Hi,

I get the following message when I load 13. JAWS Your current authorization
is for an earlier version of this Freedom Scientific product. If you have
already purchased an upgrade for this product, please reactivate your
software. Otherwise, please contact Freedom Scientific at

727-803-8000 or sa...@freedomscientific.com.

OK.

Seeing as it is Saturday I can contact fs when they are open on Monday but
in the mean time can someone help out a brother? I read on another list that
I would have to remove an authorization? Steps would be appreciated thanks.
