Hi Kimsan, To make sure that Google Chrome isn't installed, route the Jaws cursor to the PC cursor, page up, & arrow down 1 line at a time on each installation window. Pay very close attention to the last couple of windows! It can be kind of tricky checking or unchecking the necessary checkboxes using the Jaws cursor. Take care. Mike
