Hi Anna, It all depends on how much crap is on your harddrive / how much cleaning it has to do, how you have CCleaner settings configured, the size of your harddrive, & the speed of your computer. Mine will take quite awhile before it even says 2%! So, I've gotten used to it &, just wait until I hear Jaws report 100%. If I have missed or misstated something, will someone please jump in & straighten my mistakes out or fill in what I've missed! Hope this helps. Take care. Mike
