Hi All,
I want to decrease the volume of a sound file. I get the sound file loaded into sound recorder & when I go to the effects menu, I get the message that increase & decrease volume are unavailable. Can someone Please tell me why this is happening? It is a .WAV file I'm trying to change! All help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks much, take care.
