I have done some testing with one of the Neat systems (I don't recall which one, and the person who had it is on vacation) and my results with JAWS 10 were somewhat favorable. It has been a year or so, so my memories are not as fresh as they could be. As I recall, there were a couple of places where I had to label buttons and/or use the JAWS Cursor, but over-all, it worked reasonably well.
