Hi Lloyd, Do the following; 1. Press Alt + V, for the view menu. 2. Arrow down & make sure that list is checked, if it isn't press enter to check it. If you press enter Jaws will take you out of the menues. That's okay just press Alt + V, for the view menu again. 3. Arrow down to Arrange Icons By sub-menues & press enter. 4. Now, arrow down to name & press enter.
Whenever you have List & Name checked & your menues are inverted, follow steps 3 & 4 to reverse the order. Hope this helped. Take care.
