I know .css can be used on the web, but the guy who suggested it seemed to 
think it could be used in other applications too.  Again though, I have no 
experience with it one way or the other.

Thanks William. Though such a program would also remove desired carriage 
returns, it sure would be handy. I haven't found anything out there the last 
time I searched, but if I find anything I'll post it here. CSS would be a web 
solution but not any other situations I guess.
