Lali My husband bought me a new laptop and because he did not know that I was using m s e, best buys talked him into buying web root, they installed it on my computer. Because I did not know I tried to install jaws 13, jaws did install but I have no speaking and when my unit is booted it goes to the desktop find but once it reaches the desktop it freezes. I am thinking that jaws and web root is clashing together.
