Hi Angelina, The error message you are referring to only comes up when Jaws is running. I had someone sighted check this message on 3 computers running 3 different operating systems & it only came up when Jaws was running on all 3 computers. Freedom Scientific could not re-create this problem because I only get this error message running the Pro / pay for version, & Fs only runs the free version. So, whenever this message comes up , just press the spacebar on the okay button to get rid of it. In closing, just close the message, it is only a conflict between Jaws & Malware Bytes. & does not pose any problems. Hope this helps, somewhat anyways. Take care. Mike

I believe one of the list members has spoken with Malware Bytes about this Hopefully he will respond, so, Mike where are you. smile Rick Justice ----- Original Message ----- From: "angelina stabile" <angies...@verizon.net> To: <blind-computing@jaws-users.com> Sent: Tuesday, February 21, 2012 12:43 PM Subject: [Blind-Computing] mal whare bytes problem Hello I have the latest version of mal whare bytes installed. I have windows xp jaws 13. When I exit the mall whare bytes program, it says cannot read memory terminating program. Can this be fixed? If not how do I uninstall the program?
