Hi Trish,
While the folder of interest is open, try going to the view menu then hit
enter on the sort by submenu. You can now press enter on the ascending
option to select it and press enter. HTH.

Hello,
I have been noticing in some of my folders on my win/7 laptop they are not
in order and start at bottom rather than at top when I open said folder.
How would I go about changing this. These are in my "Trish" group...my
documents and couple other ones.
