Hi Rosemarie, If it doesn't show up in the list of installed programs, then look in the start menu under all programs for a folder with the program name. Look for an uninstall er in that folder. If it does not have one, then look in: c:\program files or c:\program files x86 for a file similar to this: uninst.exe If you find that file, hit enter to run it. Otherwise, you will have to delete the folders associated with the program.
