Call the guy who set up the account at Adaptive Voice and ask him to delete
the account for you. That will be the simplest way. He made the account and
he should be willing to delete it. He will know how it was set up and that
will make your life a whole lot easier.

HHi, everyone,
I’m not using windows live mail with gmail. I go to thee site and sign in. I
didn’t set up the accdount when I got the trial version of C-desk. The guy
from adaptive voice set it up for me. I don’t know if he did it through
verizon but I think he did.
Any help will be very much appreciated.
