Hi. If you are using internet explorer make sure you are on the link when you right click. You might have to press right arrow a couple of times depending on what screen reader you use. I do not use firefox very much so I can't answer for that brouser. I have not bin able to figure it out using google crome.

What you need to do is Right Click on the link you want to download. You will then get a list of options, one of which is 'Save Target As'. Take that option and follow the prompts to save the download. To right-click the link just press the Star key on the num pad. Be sure the num lock is off.
