Hello Trish;
Using windows 7,
Jaws13,
The screen resolution really shouldn't be an issue.
This is one of the reasons for the mirror drivers.
Although I will say,
On some of my client's laptop, with the screen resolution so high,
When they route jaws to pc, it would not read anything.
So, when I changed it to
1024 by 768
Everything worked fine.

Subject: [Blind-Computing] Laptop Screen Resolution Setting?

What is the setting for a laptop, is it different from the desktop?

Is it suppose to be that, 1024 by 768?

I was on my cities utility site just now, they recommended it be the
1024/768 which caused me to wonder if my laptop was set correctly, so in
looking for that through the settings, it says...Medium at 125%, is this
correct?

btw..laptop is running OS/7

Trish
