Hi. Press windos+r to bring up the run dialog box. Type msconfig and press enter. Press control tab until you hear startup tab. Press tab until you come to a list. Press down arrow until you hear jaws make sure it is unchecked and tab to okay & press enter. You might get a message asking you to reboot. Go ahead and press yes. Jaws should no longer start automatically. I went through those steps for nvda and it worked. Hope this helps.
