When focus is on a message from this list hit the application key, move down to junk and open that submenu and hit enter on never block this sender. This should put the blind-computing email in your safe senders list which mean Outlook will never treat messages from this list as junk email.
Also make sure your junk filter is set to either low or high and that the blind computing address is not listed as blocked. Hit the application key again on a message, move down to junk and hit enter on manage junk email options and check your settings under the options tab and then move to the blocked senders tab and verify that blind computing is not listed here.
