From my perspective, it's not about the money or anything like that. It's
just simply the fact that sighted folks would never, ever tolerate this sort
of treatment. And justifiably so. Just because something is what it is,
that is no reason to accept it. CAPTIAs are a real impediment to the
sight-impaired community and if anything like this were perpetrated on any
other group there would be an uproar of condemnation and anger that would be
unmistakable in its' intent.
