I have a Win 7 64 bit machine running Home premium. Many times when I turn my machine on I hear a message that says something like "you have one update ready to install, click here to install.: If I hit shift F11 to see if something is there it is not listed. I have tried to hit the / or * key on the keypad to invoke the balloon as I used to do on my XP machine and this doesn't seem to work either. Seems a week or so ago someone else was having this same issue. Suggestions?
