Subject: [Blind-Computing] USB 3.0 question

My computer has two USB 3.0 external ports. I often see external hard
drives sold using the 3.0 capability. Could the same result be
achieved using an internal SATA III drive connected to the computer
either one's own external case or using a USB bridge?

Thanks

Al
