I'm now using MS Exchange for email, contacts, calendars, reminders and
tasks.
All in sync across all my devices (multiple computers and my iPhone).
MS Exchange also provides me with a fully accessible webmail (Outlook Web
App).
When I used Gmail I had to use IMAP for email on my computer and since IMAP
don't support contacts, calendars etc I had to use GSyncIT to sync my
contacts etc.
GSyncIT worked great but GMails IMAP email in Outlook were very sluggish.

I used GsyncIT which is a Outlook addin/plugin that synchronizes your Google
contacts.
But I'm no longer a GSyncIT user since I have moved away from Google
services like Gmail and Google Contacts.
But GSyncIT worked great though.
