What is the value and use of the expanded - collapsed feature in Outlook
2010? I never knew how to use it or what it was for to begin with. Any
information about it will be greatly appreciated and perhaps it is not even
necessary at all for use?
Thanks for all of your help.

I am using W7, outlooklook 2010 and latest jaws and I would appreciate it
very much if someone would refresh my memory on how to turn off the
collapsed and expanded feature in outlook 2010. I have looked through my
settings but I must be overlooking it. Thanks much,
