Hi. Press windows r to bring up the run dialog box. Type msconfig. Then press enter. You should get a multipage dialog. Press control tab until you here startup tab. Here you can find the programs.... they are supposed to be unchecked if you don't want them to run. Note, make sure you know what the programs do before you disable them.
