alt shift d will put the date in and alt shift t will put the time in.
I'm not sure if there is one keystroke to do both.

Subject: [Blind-Computing] Word 2010 Keystroke for Date and Time

Is there a keystroke that can be used in Word 2010 to place the date and
time or just date into a Word Document?
Thank you.
