I tried the steps that you advised.
All I came up with, under Applications was:
1. Save Image
2. Save background.
3. Save all.
4. Copy.
The option "open", didn't appear.
Could I have done something incorrectly?

Hi Cliff. Instead of pressing "enter" on the link, why don't you try
placing focus on the link then pressing the "application" key and, if
necessary, arrow up or down to "open" then pressing enter.
