use
Yes, Christopher there is.
Go to MyStateUSA.com
I have signed up myself and my parents via the site.
You can receive alerts both on your computer via emails and text via
phone.
You just have to provide your location of interests. They allow two areas
via zip code, and you can also provide up to two cell phone numbers I
believe.
I'll provide an example of the info they provided to me via email below.
Read on.
Have a great week, and God bless!
Alvin
Here are a few examples I received from MyStateUSA via my computer.

Subject: [Blind-Computing] weather programs for multiple screenreader use
Message-ID: <[email protected]>
Good morning all:
I was wondering if there was a weather program available that'll work
with 3
screenreaders and the I phone? I'm specifically looking for something
that
not only can give forcasts in info but also weather alerts and hazard
information to help myself and my family stay safe?
Thanks for any info that anyone can give
Take care
Christopher Reagan
