I like VLC Player because you can navigate around the DVD, such as go to
different "chapters" of the DVD.  Unfortunately, the titles do not get
dynamically loaded into the menus, instead they are just generic.  There
are many hotkeys and they can, with some patience, be reassigned. 

All DVD Player software is enhanced since the Convenience OCR was
introduced in JAWS 13.Using this feature, it should be possible to read
and interact with the DVD on-screen menus!  You will need to perform the
OCR after each sinulated mouse click.
