Hi Tom, In addition to what David has said, you can also use the up & down arrow keys to adjust the Jaws reading speed in smaller increments than the Page up & page down keys. If you don't run Jaws from the system tray, Alt + Tab to your Jaws window, press the Alt key to open the Jaws menu, press the letterO, for options, & press the letter V, for voices. Hope this helps.
