Dear Anna!

Start in repair mode, and uninstall all toolbars from pc, the best, if you see, if you have instant buzz. If yes, uninstall it quick.

No I do not think that is what is happening here.
because it did it this morning again.
when I first turned my computer on it goes into the windows and after a few
minutes it shuts down and does not start up but the tower is still on. it is as
if it goes into stand bye and I have to unplug the tower and start it up again.
does anyone know how to get a computer out of stand bye if that is what it is
doing?
I am using windows xp
thanks in advance anna

Subject: [Blind-Computing] a strange thing happenedwhen turning on computer

when I turned on my computer this morning everything loaded on and then
after a few minutes it shut down but did not start up but the tower was
still on and would not turn off.
so I unplugged the tower and then plugged it back in again and everything
worked properly.
does anyone know why this happened.
I did a bunch of scans and it turned up nothing.
the last time it did this it started up on its own unless I did not waite
long enough I do not know .
so I would like to know if anyone else has experienced this sort of thing.
and what I can do to correct this problem so it does not happen again.
I am using windows xp
thanks in advance anna
