[Blind-Computing] %temp%

Hi all,
when I type %temp% in the run dialogue box the page comes up and there are a 
bunch of files like IMT1.XML document 2KB
and one file_avast_
and another WPBSNE
I know one is for my avast antivirus program but I do not know what the rest 
are for
does anyone know what they are for and can they be deleted safely?
